§ 9 CLOSING OF EXISTING CURBCUTS.

Whenever a driveway or curbcut is permitted in accordance with the requirements of this appendix, other access rights along the remaining thoroughfare frontage shall be dedicated to the city, and all other preexisting driveways and curbcuts shall be closed and eliminated.
