§ 117.01 PURPOSE AND INTENT; FINDINGS; JURISDICTION; STATUTORY AUTHORITY.

The purpose and intent of this subchapter is to regulate and prohibit, within the City of Lake Mary, Florida, slot machines or devices and casino-type slot machines as defined in this subchapter or as prohibited by F.S. Chapter 849.
