§ 93.23 PURPOSE OF DISTRICT.

The purpose of the district is to provide for the funds necessary to pay for the installation of street lighting, energy and maintenance of the lighting in the lighting district hereby created as set forth in § 93.21. The lighting district will provide street lighting as requested by a majority of the property owners in the aforesaid lighting district.
