(A) The district shall include properties within the Meadow Brooke Subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 44, pages 77 to 79 of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida; the properties located within the Stratford Court Subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 44, page 6 of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida; the properties locate within the Sun Oaks Subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 44, pages 38 and 39 of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida; the properties located within Timacuan Unit 16 according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 44, pages 46 through 51 of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida; and the properties located within the Woldun Subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 46, pages 8 and 9 of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, more particularly described as the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 15, Township 20 south, Range 30 east, Seminole County, Florida containing therein 40.1053 acres more or less; Timacuan Unit 16, Phase II, Plat Book 51, pages 66 through 68; Manderley, Phase II, Plat Book 50, pages 12 and 13; Manderley, Phase III, Plat Book 50, pages 28 and 29; Woldun, Plat Book 47, pages 14 and 15; Eagles Crossing, Plat Book 47, pages 17 and 18. This district may be amended by resolution of the City Commission.
(B) The special assessments shall be levied to provide revenues to cover administrative costs, maintenance, legal expenses, and capital expenditures necessary to the lighting district.
