§ 56.15 PREMISE ISOLATION.
   (A)   An approved BFP assembly of the type designated shall be installed on each water service connection to the following types of premises. This list is presented as a guide and is not intended to be complete. The Public Works Department may require a device providing a higher level of protection if, in the opinion of the Department, conditions warrant added protection.

   (B)   In addition to and including those types of premises listed above, an approved backflow prevention assembly of the type designated shall be installed on each potable water service connection to any premises containing the following real or potential hazards. The Public Works Director may require an assembly providing a higher level of protection if, in the opinion of the Public Works Director, conditions warrant added protection.
