All tanks, tank trucks, and spraying apparatus used to convey pesticides in an extermination process shall use only "designated-protected" potable water fill locations. Filling with potable water at unspecified locations or private residences is prohibited. All filling locations and methods of backflow prevention and types of devices used must be approved by the Public Works Department.
