A. The Director is authorized to establish organized recreation programming for the community and to forward to the City Manager such agreements as he or she deems necessary or expedient for the establishment of such programs.
B. The Director shall charge to participants of activities within the city's recreation the program fees established pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3.20.
