A. Unless different hours of operation are posted by the Director, parks shall be open for use between the hours of sunrise and 11:00 p.m.
B. The hours set forth in subsection A of this section may be extended by the Director pursuant to a park use permit.
C. It is unlawful for any person, except officers and/or employees of the city in the conduct of official business, to be present in any park between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and sunrise, unless acting pursuant to specific authorization granted by group use permit.
