A. In this article, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings in this chapter:
1. APPARATUS. Any furniture or equipment of any kind, other than personal sporting equipment or gear.
2. DIRECTOR. The Parks and Recreation Director. Powers and duties delegated to the Director pursuant to the provisions of this article may be exercised or discharged by any person so delegated by the Director.
3. GROUP. Any collection of 2 or more persons desiring to reserve a park or any specified portion thereof for the conduct of any organized activity or event.
4. PARK. Any real property together with all improvements thereon owned or leased by this city declared to be a park by the City Council or governed pursuant to intergovernmental agreement.
