§ 9.22.031 POSSESSION OF OVERSIZE SLINGSHOT PROHIBITED.
   A.   No person shall possess within the corporate limits of this city any oversize slingshot as defined in this chapter.
   B.   As used in this section, OVERSIZE SLINGSHOT means any sling or slingshot, as defined at § 9.22.010(B) which:
      1.   If equipped with a rigid fork, measures 9 inches or more between the tines of the fork; or
      2.   If not equipped with a rigid fork, measures 24 inches or more along its largest dimension with the elastic in a compressed state; or
      3.   Is intended, used, designed or modified to throw a projectile measuring more than 2 inches in length, width or diameter.
