§ 7.08.010 WATER SERVICE LETTERS—WHEN REQUIRED.
   A.   Within the LHIDD: Prior to a lot split or final subdivision approval for any single or multi-family unit to be developed on parcels or lots in excess of the number of units permitted under zoning regulations applicable to the parcel or lot, a water service letter must be obtained or an additional water supply must be acquired for the water service area along with a duly executed water delivery contract with either the city or Reclamation to provide for the delivery of an assured 100-year water supply for the use to and within the water service area.
   B.   Outside the LHIDD: The requirements in § 7.08.010A apply for approval of building permits, lot splits, or final subdivision plats creating parcels for residential or non-residential developments.
