§ 2.56.110 JUDGES PRO TEMPORE—TERM OF SERVICE.
   The appointment specified in § 2.56.100 shall be for a term of 2 years, and may be renewed by the Chief Magistrate. Judges pro tempore and associate magistrates shall be paid on a per diem basis rate, as set from time to time by the City Council in resolution.
