§ 2.56.100 JUDGES PRO TEMPORE AND ASSOCIATE MAGISTRATES—APPOINTMENT.
   The Chief Magistrate may, with the approval of the City Manager, appoint such judges pro tempore or associate magistrates as are required by the city’s Municipal Court. Appointments of judges pro tempore shall be in accordance with Arizona Constitution Article 6.
