§ 31.095 RECORDS.

(A) The Treasurer shall keep records showing all money received by him or her, the source thereof, and the purpose for which it is received, or the fund to which it belongs.

(B) All records and accounts of the Treasurer shall be kept in such manner as may be required by the City Council.
