It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale any goods, wares, merchandise or any food or beverage for human consumption, from any motor vehicle or any vehicle or cart of any kind, on any public street or sidewalk in the city, except as expressly permitted by §§ 120.01 through 120.03 of this code.
