§ 117.04 FRAUD.
   Any licensed peddler or hawker who shall be guilty of any fraud, cheating or misrepresentation, either through himself or herself or through an employee, while acting as a peddler in the city; or who shall barter, or sell or peddle any goods, wares or merchandise other than those specified in his or her application for a license shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $750 for each offense, and the Mayor may revoke his or her license for such offense. In addition, any cost of collection of fines or other amounts due to the city under this section may be assessed in accordance with § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
