§ 114.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   JUNK SHOP. Any place where second hand furniture, junk, clothing, jewelry, rags, old metal and miscellaneous articles of personal property are bought or sold, and where all such articles are kept in a building or buildings. This definition shall not be designed to include sale of secondhand furniture where such furniture is taken in on trade by a dealer and disposed of, such business not being the main business in which the seller is engaged.
   JUNK YARD. Any place where miscellaneous junk, rags, old metal or iron are kept upon premises partly within and partly outside the confines of a building. JUNK YARDS shall also include automobile wrecking yards where automobiles are wrecked, parts sold, and the balance disposed of for junk. It shall not be construed to include an automobile sales yard wherein no cars are wrecked.
   PAPER DEALER. One who engages only in the collecting, baling and selling of paper.
