§ 112.041 APPLICATION; FEE.
   (A)   The applications for such licenses shall be made to the City Clerk, and shall specify the place in or on which the circus is to be conducted.
   (B)   The fee for circus licenses shall be as set out in the fee schedule for each day during which the circuses are conducted or open to the public, and no license shall issue without the payment of the fee.
