§ 112.025 LICENSE REQUIRED; LICENSE FEE.
   (A)   (1)   No person, firm or corporation shall operate, maintain or conduct within the city any bowling alley, pin or ball alley open to the public without having first annually obtained a license therefor as is herein provided.
      (2)   All applications for such a license shall be made in writing to the City Clerk and shall state thereon the intended location of the place of business and the number of alleys to be used therein.
   (B)   (1)   There shall be an annual fee as set out in the fee schedule per alley for such license, and no license shall be issued before the payment of the fee.
      (2)   Each such license shall terminate on April 30 next following its issuance.
      (3)   The fee to be paid for a fraction of a fiscal year shall be reduced in proportion to the number of full calendar months which may have expired in the year prior to the issuance of the license.
