§ 112.001 APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER PROVISIONS.
   The provisions of this chapter, except as to licensing and fees, shall apply to all public shows, theatricals, circuses and other amusements in the city, whether licensed specifically in another chapter of this code, or not.
