§ 31.041 VETO OF ORDINANCE OR RESOLUTION.
   In accordance with the City Charter, when the Mayor vetoes any ordinance or resolution passed by the City Council, the City Council shall consider the same at its next meeting and a vote of the majority of the members elected to the City Council shall be sufficient to override the veto.
