§ 99.137 UNLAWFUL TO MAINTAIN PUBLIC NUISANCES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any owner or occupant of any lot or parcel of land in the city to permit or maintain on any such lot or parcel of land, a public nuisance as set out in §§ 99.135 and 99.136 and it shall be the duty of any such owner or occupant to promptly remove any such tree so identified by the city and dispose of it either by chipping, burning or burying it.
   (B)   Trees less than 5% infected may be treated in an effort to save the tree with the permission from the Director of Public Works.
