§ 99.105 LANDSCAPE STANDARDS; RIGHT-OF-WAY.
   In conjunction with a subdivision, development or re-development of a property, the publicly owned right-of-way shall be restored consistent with the following standard.
   (A)   Graded and sodded. The unpaved portion public right-of-way abutting a parcel shall be fine graded and sodded as set forth in the city’s subdivision control ordinance, as codified in Chapter 156.
   (B)   Street trees. Street trees shall be replaced or planted consistent with § 99.120.
