§ 99.101 APPLICATION.
   (A)   General. Landscape plans shall be consistent with the following standards, shall be submitted in a form acceptable to the city, and shall be in conformance with the City of Lake Forest Landscape Guidelines and Approved Planting List, as may be established by the City Manager or the Manager’s designees from time to time.
   (B)   Plan. The plan shall be drawn at a scale one inch equals 50 foot scale or larger and shall accurately show property lines and zoning setback lines.
   (C)   Public right-of-way. Private landscaping shall not encroach on to the city right-of-way.
   (D)   Elements of plan.
      (1)   The landscape plan shall show all existing trees of at least eight inches at diameter breast height and clusters of six or more trees of at least four inches at diameter breast height, proposed grading and filling, existing natural features on the site including, but not limited to, ravines, bluffs and wetlands.
      (2)   In addition, the plan shall show all proposed building foot prints and all hardscape surfaces.
      (3)   The plan shall identify the species, varieties, size at time of planting and quantity of plant materials.
      (4)   The plan shall identify any existing trees or vegetation proposed for removal.
