(A) In recommending approval of a special use permit or a variance, the Plan Commission or Zoning Board of Appeals shall include conditions of approval that further the stated purpose of this chapter.
(B) The conditions may include, but are not limited to, the establishment of conservation areas, no disturbance areas and tree preservation areas, and requirements for street tree and landscape plans.
