§ 99.038 ACCEPTANCE OF PLANT MATERIALS AND MAINTENANCE GUARANTEE.

City acceptance of plant materials and the posting of a five year financial guarantee shall occur in a manner consistent with the provisions of the subdivision chapter, Chapter 156 of the city code.
