(A) In recommending final approval of a subdivision or planned development, the Plan Commission shall forward conditions of approval to the City Council that further the stated purpose of this chapter.
(B) The conditions may include, but are not limited to, the establishment of conservation areas, no disturbance areas and tree preservation areas, and requirements for street tree and landscape plans.
