(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating any provision of § 30.06 shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $750; and any such person may be ejected from the Council room or place of committee meeting, and from the building in which the Council or such committee is meeting.
