§ 30.28 PRECEDENCE OF QUESTION.
   (A)   When a blank is to be filled, and different sums or times are proposed, the question shall be taken first on the largest sum or the longest time.
   (B)   When a question is under debate, the only motion in order shall be:
      (1)   To adjourn;
      (2)   The previous question;
      (3)   To lay on the table;
      (4)   To postpone indefinitely;
      (5)   To adjourn to a certain day;
      (6)   To refer;
      (7)   To amend; and
      (8)   To substitute; and such motion shall have precedence in the order herein arranged, the first three to be decided without debate.
