(A) The owner of any dog shall not permit or allow such dog to be in or on any beach, school ground, church, public building, school, restaurant, store, market or any place where food or drink is commercially dispensed or sold.
(B) The provisions of this section shall not apply to dogs leading sight or hearing impaired persons, any police canine, or dogs exhibited at any authorized dog or pet show, or in any authorized dog training schools.
