§ 91.055 UNLAWFUL TREATMENT OF DOGS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to maliciously shoot, poison, kill, injure, abuse or ill-treat any dog.
   (B)   Any person who kills or injures a dog while driving a vehicle shall stop at the scene of the accident and render such assistance as practicable and shall immediately report the incident to the Police Department.
