§ 91.035 UNAUTHORIZED REMOVAL OF TAG.
   It shall be unlawful for any person other than a police officer, community service officer, animal warden or other person charged with the enforcement of this subchapter to remove a license tag from any dog without the owner’s or his or her agent’s permission.
