§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of §§ 90.30 through 90.35 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750 for each offense, and each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.
      (2)   In addition, any cost of collection may be assessed in § 10.99(B).
