§ 90.32 PERMIT REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Prior to issuance of a permit, the operator shall submit a specimen label of the substance to be applied and application rate thereof, a sample of the substance, and an accurate schedule of the operation, including times of application, proposed coverage in acres, and amount of substance to be used.
   (B)   No permit shall be issued unless and until the Director of Parks and Forestry has determined that the substance has been approved by the United States Environmental Protection Agency for aerial spraying and has determined that the substance proposed, application rate and other data are in compliance with all of the requirements of the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
   (C)   The firm or individual performing the work, including the equipment operator, will be required to furnish all appropriate licenses as required by the state for pesticide, herbicide or other aerial applications.
