§ 51.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of § 51.090 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of up to $750 for each violation.
