§ 156.052 SIDEWALKS.
   (A)   A five foot wide concrete walk shall be installed on at least one side of all streets, within the subdivision.
   (B)   The Plan Commission may recommend waiving this requirement for streets that serve fewer than five zoning lots, or where there are no connecting sidewalks on adjacent streets.
