(A) A complete water distribution system shall be installed to serve all of the lots in the proposed subdivision.
(B) The mains shall be constructed of materials as specified in the Lake Forest Engineering and Construction Standards or as approved by the City Engineer and shall be a minimum of six inches in diameter or of a larger size for feeder mains, as may be required at the sole discretion of the City Engineer.
(C) The system shall include gate valves at all junction points and at intervals of approximately 600 feet between junction points and shall include fire hydrants at intervals of a minimum of 500 feet for single-family or duplex residential development and an interval distance of a minimum of 300 feet for commercial or multi-family development.
