(A) All developments must be in compliance with the Lake County Watershed Development Ordinance, as adopted by reference in § 152.30, and with the Lake Forest Engineering and Construction Standards, as amended, on file in the office of the City Surveyor and Engineer.
(B) When detention ponds are required under the applicable ordinances, such detention ponds must meet all applicable provisions of the Lake Forest Engineering and Construction Standards, as amended, as well as the following requirements:
(1) For subdivisions exceeding three lots, detention ponds must be located on separate outlots within the subdivision, and appropriate covenants and restrictions must be executed to ensure ongoing funding for and maintenance of such detention ponds;
(2) The slope spanning the distance between the high water mark and the table land may not be less than 22 degrees;
(3) A minimum distance of 20 feet of table land must be provided between a detention pond and the property line of the lot or outlot on which the detention pond is located; and
(4) Riprap may not be used to armor the perimeter of the detention pond;
