(A) A system of public sanitary sewers with necessary manholes and lateral connections for each lot shall be required.
(B) Design and size of the sewers shall:
(1) Provide for the ultimate service area as depicted in the City Comprehensive Plan;
(2) Conform with the adopted zoning and established development patterns; and
(3) Conform with the Lake Forest Engineering and Construction Standards, as amended, on file in the office of the City Surveyor and Engineer.
