§ 51.001 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CUSTOMER. The word “customer” wherever used in this chapter, shall be held to mean and include any person, entity, or premises receiving potable water from the city or the city’s public water supply system.
   PREMISES. The word “premises” wherever used in this chapter, shall be held to include a lot or part of a lot, a building or part of a building, or any parcel of land.
