§ 10.09 PRESENTATION OF COPIES.
   The Mayor shall have the power to extend to or reciprocate courtesies of other cities by presenting to them a copy of this code, bound at the expense of the city as to him or her may seem suitable; and he or she shall have the power to present two copies of this code to the Illinois Municipal League.
