(A) The purpose of the CROYA Adult Board is to advise and make recommendations to the Mayor, City Council, and, as appropriate, other cooperating agencies or governmental entities, for the coordination and planning of services related to the young adult populations of the city and cooperating units of local government and in order to preserve their social and emotional wellbeing and quality of life.
(B) Such recommendations include, but are not limited to, the annual study and development of service needs and alternatives.
(C) The Board shall periodically review and update its recommendations and submit them to the Mayor and Council and, as appropriate, other cooperating agencies or governmental entities.
