(A) The Lake Forest Beach is designated as that portion of the Lake Michigan shore lying between the north property line of Forest Park, and the north jetty of the protected boat launching basin.
(B) The bathing beach is designated as that portion of the beach area of Lake Michigan lying between the jetty to Breakwater V and the north jetty of the protected boat launching basin.
(C) The windsurfer and small sailing boat beach is designated as that portion of the beach area of Lake Michigan lying between the jetty to Breakwater V and the north property line of Forest Park.
(D) (1) The City Manager and Director of Parks and Recreation shall make such rules and regulations from time to time as are necessary for the proper supervision, public safety and improved public use of said beach.
(2) Said rules and regulations shall be available for public inspection at City Hall during normal business hours.
