(A) The license fees shall be set by the City Council by motion, and may be changed from time to time, by motion, as the Council deems necessary.
(B) The fees for the Deerpath Park Golf Course shall be as set out in the fee schedule.
(C) (1) Payment of the full amount of the season fee will be made prior to use of the golf course.
(2) Season privilege players failing to pay seasonal fees within ten days of notification by the Finance Department will be excluded from playing and seasonal privileges until fees are paid.
(D) A city resident may have guests at resident fees, providing the guest’s place of residence is beyond a 50-mile radius of the city.
