(A) No person shall remove any soil, rock, stones, trees, shrubs or plants or any other natural resources from any public park, public street, alley or other public place.
(B) Nor shall any person damage, cut, carve, transplant or remove any tree or injure the bark, or pick the flowers or seeds of any tree or plant on any such public place.
(C) No person shall damage, deface or injure by any means any grass areas, or in any way disturb the existing environment or usefulness of any public area.
