§ 95.183 SEVERABILITY.
   If any provision or part of this subchapter or application thereof to any person or circumstance is held to be invalid, the remainder of the subchapter and the application of the provision or part thereof to other persons not similarly situated or to other circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
