Nothing in this subchapter shall be deemed to limit the owner, occupant or lessee of a public place or a place of employment to further prohibit smoking by designating outdoor areas not otherwise subject to the restrictions of this subchapter as a place where smoking is also prohibited, provided the owner, occupant or lessee conspicuously posts signs wherever smoking is prohibited in the same manner set forth in § 95.182 of this subchapter.
