§ 95.180 PROHIBITION IN PLACES OF EMPLOYMENT.
   (A)   Smoking shall be prohibited in any enclosed area of any place of employment.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any employer to knowingly permit smoking in any enclosed area of any place of employment.
