§ 50.037 APPEALS FROM DECISION OF CITY MANAGER.
   Any person aggrieved by a regulation of, or fee charged by, the City Manager shall have the right to appeal to the Public Works Committee of the City Council, who shall have the authority to confirm, modify or revoke any such regulation or fee.
