§ 95.111 BILLS ON PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   (A)   No persons shall post, stick, stamp, tack, paint or otherwise, fix, or cause the same to be done by any person, any notice, placard, billcard, poster, advertisement or other device calculated to attract the attention of the public, to or upon any sidewalk, crosswalk, curb or curbstone, flag stone or any other portion or part of any public way, lamp post, electric light, telegraph, telephone or trolley line pole, hydrant, tree or tree-box or upon the piers, columns, trusses, girders, railings, gates or other parts of any public bridge or viaduct, or upon any pole box or fixture of the fire alarm or police telegraph system, except such as may be required or permitted by laws of the state and the ordinances of the city.
   (B)   No person shall post, stick, stamp, tack, paint or otherwise fix, or cause the same to be done by another person, any notice, placard, bill, handbill, sign, poster, card advertisement or other device calculated to attract the attention of the public, upon any building or part thereof or window, without first obtaining the consent of the owner, lessee or occupant of such premises or structure.
